On 27th April 2023, Sanok Rubber Company acquired 54.26% of the shares in BSP Bracket System Polska, based in Warsaw, taking control of the company.
BSP Bracket System is a production and trading company operating in the non-automotive segment, providing comprehensive solutions related to ventilated facades and fastening technology.
By acquiring BSP Bracket System, Sanok Rubber Group is achieving its strategic goals of strengthening the construction segment with systemic solutions and greater product diversification.
